I had the pleasure in attending Australia's premier food and wine festival in the weekend. The fun filled festival was held in Queensland's Sunshine coast.
The day was spent indulging in superb cuisine, sampling fine wines and enjoying world class entertainment.
A definite favorite was Food Critics cooking competition, followed by a magnificent dinner hosted by MasterChef Matt Preston.
All in all an awesome event. I am already looking forward to next year.
